Sands^® Theatre can be accessed from either the third floor of the casino or via the elevator to the third floor from the Sands^® Macao Hotel lobby. Access via the Sands^® Macao Hotel lobby is required for children and government employees.

Patron facilities such as toilets, food outlets, merchandise stands and bars are located on all levels of Sands^® Macao-Hotel.

There are no cloak room facilities available at Sands^® Theatre.

Smoking is prohibited inside all areas of the Sands^® Theatre, including premium seating, dining, and entertainment areas.

Children 3 years and under can be admitted without a ticket (subject to change depending on event). Children without a ticket must not occupy a seat and must be nursed by an adult at all times.

Each of the entrances to Sands^® Macao are fully accessible for the disabled. All levels of the building are fully accessible via passenger lifts convenient for a wheelchair user.
