|7. WHAT IF MY TICKETS ARE LOST OR STOLEN?
Upon request, reserved seating tickets can be re-issued providing correct details can by verified by the credit card holder. An administration fee will be charged per ticket replaced.
Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or call +853 2882 8818 with an explanation of your lost/stolen tickets including:
- Your CotaiTicketing reservation number
- Details of the event including: name, date and time
Only the person named on the credit card used to make the booking is authorized to collect the replacement tickets. Please present the credit card used to make the booking, together with photo identification and reservation/account number for ticket collection.
Replacement tickets cannot be sent via mail or courier. Tickets must be collected from the Box Office 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Original tickets will become void and will not provide access to the venue.
